Fair, transparent and no extra charges for weddings or parties!

We like to take a straightforward, common-sense approach to prices. We want you to be fully aware of the cost of your event. And if you are having a wedding, don’t worry, we will not charge you any extra.

All of our quotes are itemised, from the biggest tent down to the last bench, and will always include VAT, delivery and labour charges. There are no hidden charges for you to worry about.

This is why we need to know some essential facts from you before we provide you with your first individualised quote. We will need to know how many tents and how many extras you will need, where your event is (for delivery costs) and the date of your event.

We don't expect you to devise a new tipi layout all on your own. Just give us a call on the number below and we will be happy to help you plan your event, down to the smallest detail.

The price examples on this page will give you an idea of what to expect and include all of the listed extras, construction costs, collection work and damage waiver. They exclude delivery charges and any additional extras which you choose to enhance the tipis.

These prices are examples of a typical tipi hire. The prices include labour and VAT and are our current (2024/25) prices. They include fairy lights in every tipi.Additional extras such as fireplaces, drinks bars, extra lighting and delivery charges are not included here as they vary from job to job. The addition of a Kungsornen to the layout provides extra space for a drinks bar, fire pit or a chill out area for relaxing away from the bustle of the party!
